Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is an Canadian actress who is best known for her portrayal of deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra is of Italian heritage as well as a native of Vancouver in British Columbia. At the age 8 Cerra was captivated by her talent for acting. She was in many commercials while a young child. In the beginning, she paused her acting, but returned to it in 2001, at age 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her among Vancouver's top young actresses. Cerra played a role in Eureka as the Syfy show that aired from 2006 to 2012. She played Deputy Jo Lupo. In 2006, she starred as the lead for the Michael Buble music video Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra was a regular on the most popular television series like Battlestar Galactica, The L Word and numerous others. The credits on her film include Blade:Trinity which starred Wesley Snipes and Ben Affleck, and Man About Town. Cerras' face as well as her body have been used in the video game series Mass Effect to represent Ashley Williams. Khondabi said that she got married to Joey Scribner Howard, her sweetheart from high school who is a mechanical engineering working in the energy industry.
